Let's hear it

The first step will be a chat with our Principal Broker so you can give her some background and talk about your dreams and goals.

Onboarding

Our onboarding specialist will guide you through providing your fact find information and essential documents so we can do our research and find your solution.

Strategy meeting

This is where your broker will take you through some key terms and options and will then present the solution including the proposed lender, products and structure.

It's go time!

Time to submit your application! With your blessing, we will prepare the application forms for you, let you know where to sign and will then submit!

part one: preparation and planning

You've been approved!

This is the exciting part where you get formal approval and it's a green light for the next chapter of your financial journey.

Loan doc sign up

We will book you in with your Stellar Broker to go through each step of signing your loan documents to ensure you understand and are comfortable with, their offer.

Settlement

Once your documents have been received and verified, we will book in your settlement. Once settled, the funds are yours. Let the magic begin!

Nurture

We will keep a close eye on your mortgage ensuring that your rate remains competitive. We will negotiate rate discounts bi-annually, meet with you annually (and often as you like should your needs change).
